Marcelo Mabini Bohol
Marcelo is a barangay of the Philippine Municipality of Mabini in the province Bohol in Central Visayas region 7. The municipality Mabini with a population of about 28,788 and its 22 barangays belongs to the partly urban areas in the Philippines. Marcelo had 1500 residents by the end of 2011.
Actually Barangay Marcelo has a beach resort manage by the barangay.and the beauty of this barangay it has 17 caves that will attract tourist if it is develop.and the seaside also is good for diving spot called Naasog. and according to late Casiano Vallecera this place is used by Japanese brigade and Korean troops during first and second world war and they build a large camp mostly they build inside the caves.
And one of our land called Lasang has a big caves in front of the caves has plenty of caskets more or less about 50 casket and full of human skeleton.and we do not mind it.
Now when a japanese tourist come in our place they ask us to guide them to the ancient cave.some other people guide them and then they go in ancient cave.and the brought all big skeleton and one of the guide discover that the skeleton contained gold.
During our time we respect the human skeleton as a blessed. that is the reason we are afraid. Nako Gold na Naging Bato.
